Who comes to the door

The same few people, every visit

Paulette Gayle is a licensed plumber and runs the plan. Dawit Osman leads most visits, Jiahui Feng takes the rest, and Alyssa Burton keeps the calendar.

You get a text before each visit with the name of the plumber who is coming. The checklist is the same each time, so you can read this year's against last year's.

From plan members

What members say about the visits

“Dawit found my main shutoff stuck in the spring. When a supply line gave way in July, I knew where the valve was and how to turn it.”

Kamran H.Plan member, Trinity Park

“Alyssa texts before each visit and I get the checklist the same day. The record said the water heater was eleven years old, so we replaced it on our own schedule.”

Camille D.Plan member, Forest Hills

“We sold the house after a year and I cancelled with one phone call. The visit we had not used was refunded as the agreement said.”

Questions before you join

Is the plan insurance or a home warranty?

No. It pays for scheduled visits and the written record. If something needs repair or replacing, you get a written price first, and you choose whether we do it. The terms are in the plan agreement.

What does a year on the plan cover?

The visits on your plan, the checklist for each one, the photos and the record. It does not cover repairs, parts or replacement.

What if something breaks between visits?

Call or text. Members are booked ahead of new customers on the next open day. We are not a night line: if water is running, shut it off at the main and call us in the morning.

How do I cancel?

By phone, text or email, any time. Visits you have not had yet are refunded as the written plan agreement says.

Which homes does it fit?

Single-family homes and townhomes with up to three bathrooms are covered by the plans on the plan card. Larger homes, duplexes and houses with a well are quoted before you join.
