Questions about the plan
Is the plan insurance or a home warranty?
No. It pays for scheduled visits and the written record. If something needs repair or replacing, you get a written price first, and you choose whether we do it. The terms are in the plan agreement.
What does a year on the plan cover?
The visits on your plan, the checklist for each one, the photos and the record. It does not cover repairs, parts or replacement.
What if something breaks between visits?
Call or text. Members are booked ahead of new customers on the next open day. We are not a night line: if water is running, shut it off at the main and call us in the morning.
How do I cancel?
By phone, text or email, any time. Visits you have not had yet are refunded as the written plan agreement says.
Which homes does it fit?
Single-family homes and townhomes with up to three bathrooms are covered by the plans on the plan card. Larger homes, duplexes and houses with a well are quoted before you join.
Can you tell what my pipes are made of?
We write the pipe material on every record: copper, PEX, galvanized, PVC or cast iron. Homes built before 1986 may have lead solder or a lead service line; the EPA recommends testing your water if you are unsure.
Where is the record kept?
In your file on our system. Ask for a copy by email or on paper at any time.
Are you licensed?
Yes. The license number is in the footer of every page, and the state board's lookup page is linked there.
Still have a question?
Call or send the form. We would rather answer it before you join.
